PHYSICAL AND FITNESS ASSESSMENTS
These assessments are included in the above mentioned services, but will cost R350 per person if interested in only this service.
BOOTCAMP OR CORPORATE CLASSES
It is a fun yet motivating way to exercise with friends. It usually consist of stretching, cardio, high intensity interval training, etc. Kindly note that bootcamps do not have personalized exercise programs, but are rather split according to fitness level, i.e. beginner, intermediate and advance. Costs are calculated based on the amount of people participating.
Kettlebell training is a great way to train, it is safe and suitable for men and women of all ages. Kettlebell training helps build muscle, burns fat and improves performance in other sports. We focus on Strength Kettlebell Training, that includes the Swing, Get-up, Squat and Snatch exercises. Costs are calculated based on the amount of people participating.
|Please note that all these costs are subject to distance and time taken to travel to each client. If the client is "out of the way" extra costs can be charged to make up for fuel and time spent on the road.|
